  • Kate Duyn Cariati

    Yoga Instructor
    Show Bio

    Kate is a seasoned yoga instructor, with a modern dance background, who has taught all over the world. She leads annual retreats and specialized workshops as well as private instruction. Her classes are known for their creative sequencing, while being accessible and innovative for people of all levels. Within her practice, Kate is interested in going deep, but staying open, and maintains that a good sense of humor is healing.

  • Amber Gross

    Yoga Instructor
    Show Bio

    Amber is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level and has taught at Casa del Mar for nearly two years. Amber believes her decade of regular yoga practice has helped her to feel healthy, strong, and calm, and she enjoys sharing the these benefits of yoga with new students, as well as deepening the practices of advanced students. She can modify poses to make them accessible to even the most inflexible person, and she prescribes "take-home" poses to help with the stresses and aches of daily life.

    Show Bio

    Bill is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the CHEK Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology). He is Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and a certified TRX group exercise instructor. He is a semi-professional beach volleyball player and has competed in over 60 AAA level beach volleyball championships across the U.S..

  • Jessica Emmons

    Dance Instructor
    Show Bio

    Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Jessica took her first dance steps at the tender age of 3, igniting her eternal spark and passion for dance. She trained in ballet, modern, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop and is now an accomplished professional dancer and instructor in all of these forms. A graduate of the prestigious California Institute for the Arts, Jessica Emmons earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance, Production and Choreography. She was an active performer, producer and choreographer in the CalArts Dance School, and her 4th year Independent Project piece was selected for performance at the Roy and Edna Disney CalArts Theatre (REDCAT) in Los Angeles. Jessica is currently performing with the innovative Vaughn Dance Company, based in Pasadena, CA. She also instructs at several dance studios and schools in and around the Los Angeles area.
